Will I lose control or reveal secrets during a session?

No, you will not lose control or reveal secrets against your will during a hypnotherapy session. Hypnosis is a state of focused relaxation, similar to guided meditation, where you remain fully aware of your surroundings and in control of your thoughts and actions. You cannot be forced to say or do anything you don’t want to, as your mind will always protect your core values and boundaries. Our sessions are designed to create a safe and comfortable space to explore positive changes!

How many sessions will I need to see results?

Some people notice changes after the first session, while others may need 4-6 sessions for lasting transformation.
